Who we are

International transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States and the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the Service and for the purposes described in this notice, then delete or anonymize it. Account and content data are retained while your account is active; after account deletion we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us through the support channel in your account. We aim to respond within one month.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and logging — to protect personal data. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to limit risk and respond to incidents promptly.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are required to keep you signed in and to remember your anonymous visitor identifier. We may also use analytics cookies to understand aggregated usage. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can manage your preferences through your browser settings.
Children
WildLog is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
